COVID-19 Safety
The Photo Managers is committed to providing a safe environment for attendees and staff to meet in person during the Denver Conference 2022 at the Hyatt Regency Tech Center.

To maintain the health and well-being of all participants, The Photo Managers is implementing the following procedures.

Vaccination
We will require that attendees provide proof of a full COVID-19 vaccination before they can attend the in-person Denver meeting. We are researching the best protocols to provide proof and will update this information before the conference.

If you aren’t vaccinated, we welcome you to attend the virtual conference with the same speakers and connection experience.


Onsite – We will continue to update these recommendations as guidelines change

At a minimum, we will limit the number of people at tables and currently, masks are optional but highly encouraged. We may switch to a masking requirement depending on covid infections in March and Colorado mandates.

Hand sanitizer stations will be available during the meeting. Additional safety information will be provided as we get closer to the meeting. You can read the hotel’s policy here.

Greeting Other Attendees
We will include color-coded lanyards in the registration area for attendees to indicate their comfort with social distance, elbow bumps, head nods, or hugs.

Socially Distanced General and Education Session Rooms
The Photo Managers will do their best to set the education rooms to ensure at least 3 feet in between all theater seating and with six chairs at each round table.

We understand the need for flexibility around making travel arrangements. Our deadline for the final decision to attend in-person is March 1, 2022. This includes refunding you the difference between in-person and virtual costs. After March 1st we will not offer a refund but you will have full access to the virtual conference. The reason we can’t refund you after March 1st is due to commitments we make to the hotel for food and beverage costs. Our goal is to ensure you can make a stress free decision and enjoy your conference experience either virtual or in-person.
