Mentoring relationships are a shared opportunity for learning and growth. Many mentors say that the rewards they gain are as substantial as those for their mentees.

Time Commitment:
We want to protect your time and set clear expectations for the mentee. This mentoring program is meant to be short-term with a clear beginning and end date. The goal is for you to meet with your mentee for a total of 4 hours over six weeks. You set the best parameters that work best for you, such as four one-hour or two meetings.
Requirements for becoming a Mentor:
• TPM certified
• A willingness to listen and offer advice based on experience.
• An understanding of where the resources are on the TPM site to direct the mentee for further assistance if needed.
• Available 4 hours over six weeks, one or two-hour blocks.
The Photo Managers team will introduce you to your mentee through an email and match you with someone looking for support in your area of interest.
