We are inundated with a number of different ways to communicate with our clients and partners. Between emails, texting, Facebook messaging, etc, it is very easy to “hide” behind the technology when you need to reach a client. However, the most impactful way to connect with our clients and prospective clients is to have an actual conversation with them. And nothing is better than picking up the phone to respond to their questions, connect with them one on one, and make them feel like they are a priority.
