TRANSPORTATION
Public Transportation
The bus and rail system is called RTD. You can take Light Rail alone or, for a faster trip, combine Light Rail and the Skyride bus. At the airport, look for DEN Transit Center, Level 1. It can be accessed at the south end of the terminal by exiting through the glass doors and taking the escalator or elevator down to ground level.
Use the Trip Planner to map out the route from the Denver Airport Station to Belleview Station. Also see How to Ride Light Rail. From Belleview Station to the hotel is just half a mile, but we can help arrange a ride from the hotel. Click here to let us know if you are taking light rail. RTD fare from the airport to Belleview Station: $10.50.
Ride Sharing
Uber or Lyft will be around $40 without tip. At the airport, follow signs for ground transportation, then exit the terminal through Doors 506–510 (west side) and 507–511 (east side) on Level 5 near baggage claim and proceed to Island 5 to meet your driver. Click here to find people who are arriving/departing at similar times and want to rideshare.
MEALS
The following means are provided as part of your conference registration. Breakfasts are Continental; all other meals are plated, not buffet.
Thursday – Dinner
Friday – Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
Saturday, Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
During break times, there will not be snacks and drinks available. You may purchase them at the hotel cafe or plan on bringing your own. There is a large grocery store one mile away from the hotel.
DISCLAIMER: If you identified a life-threatening food allergy, we do everything possible to inform the hotel and accommodate your requests. However, we cannot guarantee an allergy-free environment.
CONFERENCE SCHEDULE
The conference schedule grid is now updated with times and locations. We will also have a hardcopy of this available at registration.

YOUR BREAKOUT SESSIONS
Review which breakout sessions you signed up for. Remember that you can attend ones you missed during the virtual conference or catch the replays after that.
PHOTOGRAPHY SESSIONS
Amp up your branding imagery! Once again we will have headshot and lifestyle portrait sessions available for an additional fee, by our talented conference photographer Mindy Lundy Kramer. Click here for details and to sign up for slots.
HOTEL FLOOR PLAN
Download the floor plan for the conference rooms.
TECHNOLOGY
The General Session and Breakout Session rooms will have outlets, but we recommend you bring devices fully charged and ready to use. Free WiFi will be available throughout the hotel.
HANDOUTS & SLIDE DECKS
You will receive a PDF Conference Guide with a detailed schedule at registration. In an effort to reduce excessive printed waste, we will not be providing printed handouts. We encourage you to work with a digital copy or take notes instead. If you prefer a printed copy, please print before you leave home. Stay tuned for a page to access these before conference.
If speakers provide a slide deck for your reference, these will be available following the conference from the same page.
SOCIAL MEDIA
We encourage you to share the fun and excitement of Conference via social media for our colleagues at home to enjoy and follow along. Be sure to add the following hashtags!

NETWORKING LOUNGES
The best part of conference is networking! We’ve created four themed lounges on Friday afternoon so you can connect with your peers. One is called “Inspiration Central” and is a chance to show off your creative work. Bring a photo book, a video slideshow (we’ll have a laptop available), branded deliverable packaging, your business cards, etc.
VIRTUAL CONFERENCE
All Denver attendees are welcome to attend the Virtual Conference for free, April 21 – 23. If you were not able to participate in the pre-conference coaching session in Denver, you may sign up for the virtual session on April 20. Contact support@thephotomanagers.com if you have not done so. Please only sign up for one of the coaching sessions.
ATTIRE
Business casual is preferred for all sessions and meals. Saturday night’s dinner dance is ‘come as you are’ and there is no dress code for the evening. Bring your dancing shoes! Meeting rooms have a tendency to run cold; sweaters or light jackets are recommended.
