    Hi Paul, Thanks for responding!

    She has her own iPhone and a MacBook- where she has signed in with their shared ID.  I have made her stop iCloud sync so that we can work on her APL and then sync to the new ID she will get.

    Usually when you sign in and have data on the iPhone it asks if you want to merge the local data with the cloud.  I guess in this case it would not matter as she would have none in the cloud and all her data on the phone.  We will move forward next week.  Backing up everything before!
