Call for Speakers

Want to bolster your reputation as an expert photo organizer? Add a conference presentation to your resume. It’s a win-win: you get speaking experience and your colleagues benefit as you share your knowledge.

The call for speakers for Conference 2022 is open!

We are asking everyone who submits a proposal to be open to presenting your material twice: once in-person in Denver, Colorado (March 23 – 26), and then virtually (April 21 – 23).

We will give preference to speakers who can deliver their material in person but we will also welcome virtual only presentations, especially from our international community.

What should I speak about?
We are looking for sessions for all experience levels: just starting out, committed solopreneurs, 5+ years of experience, or looking to scale your business. It can be a 90-minute breakout session or a half-day Learning Lab. And, we’ve identified the most commonly asked-for training. Click below to see that list and all the details.

How do I apply?
We welcome submissions from professional photo managers as well as other professionals who can provide relevant, quality training. Applications will be accepted through August 15, 2021 and you will be notified of a decision by September 15, 2021.

What is the cancellation/refund/transfer policy?

Full refunds for the Denver and Virtual conference will be given until 12/31/2021.  If you need to cancel your registration after 12/31/21, you may transfer your registration to another attendee until 3/7/2022.  Registrations are non-transferrable after 3/7/2022.  All transfers are the responsibility of the registrant and must be agreed to in writing by TPM before transfer. To cancel or transfer your registration, please contact us at support@thephotomanagers.com.

Can I change my conference registration to either in-person or virtual?

Yes you can change your conference attendance from either in-person to virtual or virtual to in-person and we will invoice or refund you the difference.

Is there a payment plan available?

Yes! Payment plans are available on the registration page. Monthly payments include a $25 non-refundable processing fee.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes! Worried that you are committing before you know all the details for the conference such as the breakout topics and general session speakers? We are so sure you’ll have no regrets, we are offering a full money back guarantee until November 1, 2021. If you are not completely satisfied you have until 11/01/21 to cancel and receive a full refund.
