The Photo Managers 9th Annual Conference

Every year since 2013, photo managers have come together for an annual conference. Our mission has always been to provide relevant, engaging training while giving you the opportunity to connect with like-minded colleagues. From this event, there have been countless new lifelong friendships made and  business opportunities forged.

In 2020, the coronavirus forced us to pivot quickly to an online virtual conference. We laughed and learned together and realized that a virtual conference can be amazing.

Attendees will have access to all the same content simultaneously, whether a session is happening live in Atlanta or the speaker is presenting from their home office. In-person attendees have the added benefit of connecting in person, with all safety protocols in place.

What is the cancellation policy?

Refunds will be issued for cancellations up to December 31st, 2020 and will be subject to a $75 administration fee. No cancellations after January 1st, 2021. If you have to cancel your registration after January 1st, you may transfer your registration to another attendee. Transfers are the responsibility of the registrant.

What are your COVID policies?

I registered for the 2020 Conference and can’t find my discount code. What do I do?

If you had registered for the in-person 2020 Conference before it was converted to an online event, you are eligible for a discount this year or next. Email support@thephotomanagers.com for your discount code to be applied at check out.

Is there a discount for registering for more than one Learning Lab?

No. Each Learning Lab is it’s own event.

Will the classes be recorded?

Yes! All of the Learning Labs, the Intensive, General Sessions, and Breakout Sessions will be recorded and you will have lifetime access to the replays through The Photo Managers Academy.

What is a "hybrid event"?

A hybrid event is any event — conference, training seminar, trade expo, etc. — that combines live, in-person elements with digital, online components. For example, a business conference that hosts an in-person gathering in San Francisco, CA and live-streams its keynotes and sessions to a worldwide virtual audience would be considered a hybrid event.
